Scope and content:

The inventory is divided into plans which correspond with an area or floor in the building. Plans 1-7 detail the fixtures and fittings in the west block and plans 8-13 concern the east block. There is also a letter from F Sage & Co Ltd cerifying the "replacement value at the present date for the purpose of Fire Insurance of all the Fixtures and Fittings referred to in the accompanying schedule". Additions to the inventory have been written in pencil in the first three pages of the volume.

This file of loose pages of summaries and comparisons of the 1925 and 1929 inventories was removed from FRAS 1401/2. The summaries record differences in fixtures and fittings between the Oxford Street buildings in 1925 and 1929, and the effect this had on the cost of insurance. There are also summaries of differences between fixtures and fittings in the east and west blocks in 1929 as well as lists of additions of fixtures and fittings since the 1929 inventory was drawn up.
