Scope and content:

The volume appears to have been compiled in 1915 but more information has been added after this date. It records particulars of leases for properties in Oxford Street, Old Cavendish Street , Chapel Place and Henrietta Street from 1890 until 1936. It is split into three sections: Part I records details of leases held by the company in its own name until April 1915, Part II concerns leases held in trust for the company until April 1915, and Part III deals with leases acquired or transferred into the name of the company since April 1915. Each lease is numbered. Some printed loose pages has been inserted into the volume covering lease numbers 68-88.

For each lease recorded there is information on the premises, date of lease, term granted, annual rent, Land Registry title number, price paid, name and address of person to whom rent was paid, and notes on mortgages and when and how they were paid off.
