Burgis & Colbourne Ltd, grocery and general stores, of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England, was incorporated on 31 May 1897 to acquire the business of Burgis & Colbourne, which had been in existence as a wine and spirit merchants since at least 1874. The registered offices of the company were initially at 6 Clarence Terrace, Leamington Spa, moving to 11 Waterloo Place, Leamington Spa, by 1926, and to 76 Parade, Leamington Spa, by 1951.

In 1963, the company was acquired by Army & Navy Stores Ltd, of London, England. Extensions and improvements to the store were subsequently carried out. In 1965, the company's registered office moved to 105 Victoria Street, Westminster. In 1973, Army & Navy Stores Ltd and its subsidiaries were acquired by House of Fraser Ltd, department store retailers, of Glasgow, Scotland. In January 1974, Burgis & Colbourne Ltd was wound up and the store continued as a branch of Army & Navy Stores Ltd. In 1982, Burgis & Colbourne Ltd was officially liquidated.
