The register is divided into three sections. The first section is a register of probates and administrations of deceased shareholders. Details recorded include name of deceased member, name and addresses of executors or administrators, number of shares held, date of death, date of registration of probate or letters of administration and remarks. The second section is a register of powers of attorney granted on behalf of shareholders. Details recorded include name and address of member, name and address of attorney, date of registration, nature of powers delegated and by whom lodged. The third section is a register of marriages of shareholders. Details recorded are name and address of member, date of registration, date of marriage, name of spouse and by whom lodged. There is an index of names at the front of the volume.
